Special shout-out to our tour guide for the 3pm session today. She went above and beyond to make the tour engaging. Witty, passionate, and knowledgeable, she kept the whole group entertained while also making sure everyone was comfortable and safe (even reminding us to watch our steps along the way). Her energy really elevated the experience.

"Really cool place full of interesting history. We did the brewery tour and the tasting paddle of beer at the end was awesome. They also do an absolutely delicious brisket loaded fries. There was also a little room with a pool table which was nice. It was very convenient to get here by bus from the city cengre as you can pay by cash to get a ticket on the bus quite easily in Hobart."
