"A great place to take your kids and have a good picnic by the river. It is however unfortunate that the barbecues have been removed from the park. Why this has happened I do not know but I suspect it's typical of Geraldton to remove such Things because of continued vandalism in the city Spoiling it for the rest of us.
Barbecues had previously been there in the past for at least the last 40 years it is a shame that they are now gone.
On a brighter note, It is however a very clean and tidy park and I take my hat off to the garden staff who service the park, well done to you guys."
