Reviews Summary

Visitors find Scenic Estate Conservation Reserve a pleasant and easy place for a walk, appreciating the successful revegetation efforts that have brought wildlife back. While not considered spectacular by some compared to other local attractions, it offers a peaceful experience with decent bay views and birdwatching opportunities from its wetland platform.

"Created in 2016 from a reclaimed tip. Well sign posted, easy walking. These are ephemeral wetlands, meaning there’s more to see in the wet seasons.

In the summertime there wasn’t too much to see. There’s too many other better walks on Philip island to give this more than 3 stars. Warning on the picnic table. It’s one table under a shelter that would cover it at midday but leave you exposed outside of that."

Andreas Sekeris

"Not spectacular but a nice easy walk through the regrown scrubland. Decent view out onto the bay with many birds flying and feeding. No beach access."

Andrew Vickers

"A little park where you can experience Australian nature. When you get to the end of the track, you will see Churchill Island and red, rocky coast. You can also meet echidna here."
