"Sydney Trains has become absolutely impossible to rely on. Services are constantly delayed, cancelled, or randomly changed at the last minute — right in the middle of peak-hour commute. A simple trip that should take 45–50 minutes regularly blows out to nearly 2 hours, with no accountability. It’s beyond frustrating and genuinely unacceptable for a major city. I can’t imagine this happening in any of the major Asian cities. We are so behind, it’s like the 3rd world country. Commuters deserve better!"
