"Our visit to IKEA was overall a pleasant experience. The shopping centre setup is great, with plenty of parking and easy access, making the trip smooth even on a busy weekend. The IKEA restaurant offered the classic favourites such as meatballs, fries and desserts, all tasty and well priced as always.
The store itself was surprisingly calm for a weekend, which made browsing through the different sections more enjoyable. The layout was clean and easy to follow, and the product displays were neat and well stocked.
However, the only downside was the staff experience. While a few team members were friendly and helpful, several others seemed tired and disengaged. Some responses felt short and rushed, as if they were just trying to get through the day rather than really assist customers. It didn’t ruin the visit, but it stood out because IKEA is usually known for great service and cheerful energy.
Overall, still a good visit. The range, prices and food remain reliable, and it’s a convenient place to shop for home essentials. A little more enthusiasm from some of the staff would make the whole experience feel as warm and welcoming as the store itself."
