"Went after rain. Hard, wet walk on sometimes unmarked paths (usually path is up dry creek bed)
Had to clamber up rocks to avoid wet feet. Still got wet though!!
Inside cave was earlier, definitely need torches.b
Amazing history about the cave so read up prior to visiting.
Road into area strict 4WD With high clearance. No Subarus here......you will lose your sump for sure.
Soft sand under tread with high central banks. Narrow sections that allow the bushes to kiss your ducco....
Go early as the traffic on 4WD track can be busy.
We went at 8.30 am had the cave, road to ourselves
Amazing bees nests/honeycomb and wasps nests too."
