What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors rave about Turimetta Headland's breathtaking coastal views and the unique opportunity to discover fossils. It's praised as a peaceful escape, perfect for scenic walks and photography, though some note the terrain can be steep and the area carries a somber historical undertone.
"One of the most beautiful, scenic and eventful places we visited that is within 45 mins driving distance. The views from the cliff are amazing so are the views from the beach. We took a walk from one end to the other where the sea water pools are and it took us not more than 15 mins. Great place to go with a family with small kids. The lake is a few minutes drive from this place that we couldn't stop by as we were quite tired. The stroll down to the beach and back up could be a bit exhausting as the path is quite steep. A very nice place to plan your day trip on."

"Place to enjoy lonelyness since you will be lucky if you meet someone there. Iโm taking about low level, near water. But be careful, waves so dangerous in storm."

"Short walk to the headland from the parking spot. Beautiful views on a nice day. Can get windy at the top."
