"Beautiful spot. We drove in from the flat plains to the north and it was such a relief to experience the beautiful landscape with rugged peaks, gorgeous forest and plenty of strenuous hikes.

There was ample camping with great facilities, lots of well marked hikes to do and heaps of wildlife. A really special spot, I think it's even better than the blue mountains. Stars were amazing too"

"Extremely beautiful in July.
Stunning with telescope. Or even EYEBALLS
A thoughtful solitude.
Possibly the best amenities I’ve seen.
Big ‘HI!’ to the rangers (Hi Brad) for looking after everything and everyone."

LUCA MILLER

"Great place to camp and see the night sky in all its glory. Can easily spot the milky way band with your naked eye. If you let the eye get used to the dark, you can spot Andromeda with the naked eye as well. The place does get cold and packing warm would be advised."
