"So you think it’s sunny and warm up there as you can see the snow anymore from down there, well make sure you pack some trousers (don’t be like me wearing shorts) and pack those North Face puffer / wind breaker as you’ll need them. Careful with you hat as the wind just 💨 different tracks to choose from depending on your type of adventure. If you’re blessed, you’ll catch some snow ❄️ and maybe Elsa"

"An absolutely stunning spot with views that are truly unforgettable! The Pinnacle Observation Shelter and Boardwalk at the top of Mt Wellington is a must-do when visiting Hobart. We were blown away—literally and figuratively! The panoramic views over Hobart, the Derwent River, and the surrounding wilderness are just incredible.
The observation shelter is a great place to escape the wind and still enjoy the view, but make sure to rug up—especially in winter. It can get crazy windy and freezing cold up there, even if it’s mild down in the city. We wore super warm jackets, beanies and gloves, and we were still glad to step into the shelter for a breather.
Highly recommend this experience. Easy access by car, and a great way to take in Tasmania’s beauty. Don’t forget your camera and your warmest clothes!"

"Great view point depends in which month you are visiting ..we just visited in September and it was to windy and cold. Better picture you can take from outside. Plenty of car park. Wear warm clothes and cover ear"
