"We set off on a private family trip this morning, all very excited but unfortunately due to the inclement weather, we had to return back to the marina. Captain Drew was concerned about the choppy waves and made the correct decision to ensure our safety. The Hamilton Island Water Sports team did everything possible to try and include us in another boat trip that afternoon. Thank you, because we had an absolutely amazing speed boat trip today! The entire adventure was filled with excitement, stunning coastal views, and the refreshing thrill of high-speed gliding over the waves. The attentive and friendly crew Sean and Kahlia/Tahlia (Apologies for not remembering her name) went above and beyond, ensuring our safety and providing informative commentary about the area and some funny moments.
The professionalism of staff left us with peace of mind and pure enjoyment. The snorkelling and trip to White Haven beach were the highlight! I have never had so many fish swimming around me. My family, especially the grandkids took to the water like fish (apologies for the pun) this was due to the care and time provided by the staff. Overall, it was a perfect blend of excitement, natural beauty, and excellent service. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a memorable day out on the water at Hamilton Island!
