"The first thing I loved was the amazing service there was only one staff member, an Asian gentleman, who remembered the entire menu without using a notepad! That really impressed me. He gave great recommendations and took such good care of the customers. I highly recommend The Strand: Fine Dining in Williamstown. It’s definitely worth the price, and the food was absolutely delicious. I especially loved the oysters!"

"Shame this place is reasonably iconic positioned in Williamstown and could offer far more. No real clear cuisine in particular.
Wife oysters were decent , linguine acceptable but the steak I had med rare was dry scorched and tough as a boot. Frankly I had no idea where the grit was coming from off the steak , likely the burnt outer. Requested pepper sauce that came in a very small jar with more grit at bottom and definitely not pepper at all. Finally steak cut , I have no idea… scotch fillet order looked more like porterhouse and tough. Recommend look at your produce and chef. Ordinary at best for such a lovely place."
