"Made a reservation for lunch and so glad we did as it was so busy despite being a Thursday. However it was school holidays so it was great to see the Bootleg so well patroned. Lunch was scrumptious and hubby highly recommends the Raging Bull pot pie. The chicken wings were also delicious. Staff polite, helpful and efficient despite being so busy. Great to see the oldest brewery in Margs still has so much more character than the newer, fancier breweries (still lovely) which lack the charm of this old girl!"

"After our very disappointing last visit when the previous owners ran Bootleg, we were unsure if we would be back again.
But once we saw that a new owner had taken over, we decided to give it another shot.
WOW are we glad we did that, great service from all the staff, great food and back to the great atmosphere again.
We were lucky enough to talk to the new owner (sorry we didn't get your name) and it confirmed that we will be back again at every opportunity we get.
