A chance to be recognised, “move on” and work together are just some of the reasons Tiwi people are voting ‘Yes’ in the referendum. #voicetoparliament #referendum2023 #tiwi #tiwiislands #northernterritory

We then walked through Wurrumiyanga to the museum, followed by seeing the church from Top End Wedding 💒 and some fish traps. Lunch was followed by some screen printing of souvenirs. Fun fact : our tour guide was the nephew of one of the groundsman...

A croc has been spotted at Wurrumiyanga on Bathurst Island 🐊 👀 After mistaking the croc for a stick, Nix's husband spotted the croc on a morning walk. Always confirm the ferry schedule before your trip, as it can be subject to change. Reddit

While ferry is the most common method, charter flights may be an option for those seeking a quicker or more exclusive travel experience. However, these are significantly more expensive than the ferry. Check with local charter companies in Darwin for availability and pricing. Reddit
