"Well, if you rely on the BB in the morning for work and school, or otherwise have to catch a connecting train on time... good luck. Delays or even cancellations are commonplace these days. Rail replacement services every summer are incredibly tedious and involve enormous time losses, but probably unavoidable. What's really annoying: the ATM payment on the train only works very sporadically, even with the new trains. But I generally like using it."

"I've been driving to Wiener Neudorf every day for 5 years, not only do I have to shell out almost 50 euros for 3 stations outside of Vienna, where I can travel all over Vienna with that money, but when there are construction sites, the people from the local railway don't really think about how to set up their rail replacement service so that you don't have to travel an hour longer to get to work😑 that's great that they're renovating, but I don't quite understand that the rail replacement service only goes to the SCS during the week and to the weekend Wr Neudorf, a lot of people get off there to get to work, so really crazy!!!! Thank you dear gentlemen and ladies of the local railway that I now not only buy an expensive ticket but also a total of 40 minutes longer, i.e. a total of 1 hour 40 minutes from Vienna to my workplace👍"
