What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Wochenbrunner Alm and St. Anna Chapel are praised for their luxurious chalets with excellent amenities and stunning alpine locations. However, some guests have experienced issues with unclear communication regarding costs, particularly cleaning fees, and occasional lapses in customer service and cleanliness.
"Chalet was nice and had almost everything that is needed (except for facial tissues). It was warm and cozy. Biggest problem was that we were not informed where exactly our chalet was and where to get the keys. We called the phone number given but there was no answer and we were not called back after leaving a message. Bu chance, we saw someone from the public who told us where we could get our key. When we got there, the senior manager was not very nice to us and told us we should have booked directly and not over Booking.com if we wanted better information! This left a bad taste and took some of the fun away for us."

"A beautiful cabin in classic Tyrolean style, top-notch amenities, lovingly furnished, and a fantastic location. Thanks also for the great bread roll service! We had a fantastic week and will definitely be back!"

"A very nice chalet near the Wilder Kaiser and Kitzbühel ski areas. Everything is wonderfully equipped, very luxurious, and includes a private sauna, ski storage, and parking in front of the house. The price is still reasonable. We would gladly return."
