"The Church of the Holy Spirit, located behind Landhaus Park, just off Alter Platz, is a religious building whose earliest records date back to the 14th century.
The church subsequently underwent various changes in use, including being used as a warehouse/stable during the French occupation (19th century). It was rebuilt and donated to the Ursulines, who still manage it today.
The intimate interior, somewhere between late Gothic and Baroque influences, features a single nave and barrel vaults decorated with some interesting frescoes. The main façade features a small portico and is flanked by the bell tower.
It's not the most beautiful church in the city, but if you have time, make sure to stop by."
