"Since the fall of 2024, an association has been based at the Maria Hilf Monastery. Its officials are members of an "Apostles of the End Times" community founded by an alleged "seer." The association is closely linked to the alleged apparition site in Sievernich (Germany), which is not recognized by the church. The Sievernich "seer" claims to have experienced several apparitions of the Archangel Michael and Jesus in Maria Hilf as well.
In my experience, the priests' orientation is an idiosyncratic mix of reactionary, charismatic, and esoteric, and their lectures range from theologically shallow to questionable. The ability to discern between spirits is recommended here."
