Book Lift Tickets in Advance

Leogang's popularity means lift tickets can sell out, especially during peak season. Booking online saves time and guarantees your spot. Consider a Gravity Card for access to multiple parks.

Bike Condition is Key

While Leogang has trails for all levels, some black diamond runs and jump lines demand a well-maintained bike. A trail bike might struggle on steeper, rougher terrain; consider a downhill rig for the full experience.

Reviews Summary

Bikepark Leogang receives mixed reviews. While praised for its scenic beauty and some well-maintained trails like the new red line, critics point to high prices, an outdated main gondola, and inconsistent trail maintenance. Some visitors feel the park has not kept pace with newer European bike parks.

"Great jumps, well maintained trails, possible to hike up the hill - check information counter. Onsite parking, small cozy supermarket. Great bike maintenance team , they were super helpful."

"Waste of money. The bikepark feels like its development stopped 10 years ago and they only benefit from their fame now. We went on an eurotrip visiting: Chatel, Avoriaz, Les Gets, Sefaus, Brandnertal, Schladming and finally Leogang. Leo was the biggest disappointment. Starting from no space at the camping, rude parking staff who doesn't like us parking there (where should we park if the camping is full?!) at the camping 1 single WC for 70 (!!!) camping pitches.and it's dirty, blocked and stinky... At the top of the hill no chance to buy a snack or drink, there's only a "luxury" table service restaurant and a vending machine there only accepts coins (feels like 2005, honestly who carries coins?). The cable car - the worst I've ever seen in EU. Even healthy tall man will find it difficult to lift the bike above their head to place it on the cabin. Very small room inside and narrow door to put bike inside. For the comparison: in most other bikeparks you handle the bike to STAFF and they PUT THE BIKE ON THE CHAIRLIFT FOR YOU! And you collect it on the top... it's a standard now. Poorly maintained trails. I was hoping for some flow on hotshots but it was awfull, not because it's difficult: it's not that difficult for an advanced rider bit It's DANGEROUS because the take offs are waaay too short for the speed you carry there. I rode all the pro jump lines in european bikeparks like vink line or 50to01 in the UK and never seen something like this. Expert line does not need to be dangerous. And finally for all of these poor experience you pay DOUBLE the price of any French pristine bikeparks. And for the parking overnight? 48 EUR for standing on gravel. Unreal. Seriously guys, it's a matter of next 5-10 years and everyone who go different places will realise Leo has nothing to offer these days and competition is way ahead, better maintained, better vibe, less crowded and cheaper. I only give 2 stars for nice views and the new red line from the top which is pretty cool. If you're an experienced rider save your money and time, go anywhere else. If you've never been anywhere else you'll like it as you don't know what a good bikepark is like..."

"Well organised park, clear signs - it’s easy to understand where is what, where is place for bikers and where for hikers, where trails start. There is no problem with English in the cashdesk, there is big parking for free for those that bought lift ticket, there’s also camping parking for 22€/night just at the lift.
Clean toilets, available showers with hot water (2€/5min). Few spots on the bottom of lift and also in the middle station of Leogang to eat/drink and little market to shop.
Leogang lift is a bit old and really uncomfy to put the bikes at. Most of people struggle to put bike inside the cabin and even more on the hanger that is quite high.
Luckily the other lift is really modern, less queue and two bikes fit inside the cabin without any problem.
The only thing I didn’t like is that trails are full of breaking bumps - really big ones sometimes, looks like reshaping is not enough taken care of."
