What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors praise the Grottenbahn Pöstlingberg for its enchanting train ride and detailed miniature worlds, calling it a must-visit for families. While the attraction itself is delightful, some reviews mention issues with management during events, highlighting the need for clear communication.
"Awful management. For my daughter's birthday, we spent the €171 for the event. However, the management ruined the experience of our guest's mothers by sending them away from the venue into extremely bad weather. The unempathetic manager also did this in an extremely rude manner that left everyone, including other waiting guests, in shock.
The attraction itself is quaint and fun, brilliant for birthdays. The party host was fantastic, and the kids loved meeting Sebastian the dragon."
