The buffet dinner was very tasty. If I ever return to Austria, I would absolutely stay here again. My only complaint was that you had to pay for the shower (not a big deal), but they only gave you 4 minutes, and I don't know if I can take a shower that fast 😅"

"The hotel is located in a picturesque mountain setting. You can reach it by cable car, enjoying stunning views during the ascent. Vacation rating: natural beauty – amazing! Staff attitude – absolutely terrible! Upon check-in, they showed attention to a personal issue and assured understanding, but upon check-out, they confronted us with a fait accompli, retracting their promise to help resolve the situation. One staff member literally said, "That's not my problem." The mood was ruined. Additionally, no one warned us that hot water in the shower was paid, so we had to shower in cold water. Meals are mandatory, with exorbitantly high prices that don’t match the quality or variety. We will never return and do not recommend this hotel."
