"Employees don't know what they are doing, and the foreign employee is very very impolite. I wanted to transfer money and they want to transfer it with a fee. I left them and I went to other branch, same bank and I was not charged a fee. Don't go to this bank.. Employees are liars."

"Yesterday I asked a receptionist which ATMs sold €5 notes, and she gave me a snippy, and of course incorrect, answer that they didn't sell them anywhere in Austria. Then this ignorant woman tried to explain to me that they didn't sell them here in Germany either. When I asked how much a cash withdrawal cost with my German VR Bank, she simply replied rudely, saying she didn't know what my agreement was with my bank. This answer would have almost amused me, if the receptionist hadn't been so smug. So I couldn't laugh. On the other hand, the people at the Sparkasse were very polite and friendly, showed me the ATM where I could get the €5 notes I wanted, and were also able to tell me the withdrawal fee without any problems."
