The blonde lady was quite rude and she did not inform us that their shoes come in different widths. She immediately offered the wide-leg version, and after several hours of walking, my girlfriend realized that they were extremely uncomfortable for her. I believe that a premium brand like Birkenstock should provide a better customer guidance."
