"I was greeted very nicely by one of the workers and they had table service which not all cafes have which was a nice edition. I enjoyed my time with my wife here a lot, it was cozy and we could chat for a few hours. The speciality coffee is very good as well. Would suggest trying the pistachio avocado cake"

"A lovely coffee shop with small, but great selection of pastries and cakes. For sure THE place to go when you want a good filter coffee.
During our visits, we observed a few things to improve:
- the absence of a printed/visible menu AND the lack of knowledge of the barista on the various coffees and offers is not promising.
- the coffee quality, when sitting upstairs can vary, due to transportation time.
- we discovered egg shells in our cake. Not a big drama, since it shows that the baker is using real eggs and not eggs in tetra pack.
- the setup of the upstairs was a bit improvised without cable solutions, staff sitting and working in the corner/ground.
- a „front of house“ person, welcoming and guiding the customer and also taking payments for takeaway. This would ease up the seen frustrations for the barista and an actual welcome for us guests.
So, take your time when growing bigger and take care of the small things. They are as important as a good experience of the product.
And please, have a menu somewhere - it gives the customer comfort to know what to choose. I really don’t want to fiddle on my phone for that.
