Reviews Summary
OTOTO is a highly-rated concept store and specialty coffee shop in Vienna, praised for its unique selection of independent brands and aesthetic ambiance. While many enjoy the quality coffee and delightful products, some find the prices high and customer service inconsistent.
"Went here for a takeaway coffee. I had a flat white for 5.50€ which is definitely expensive. Considering the price point you'd expect a nice specialty brew. First look was good as the milk is creamy and smooth. Sadly the coffee itself was disappointing. It tasted very basic and hardly fragrant at all. At this price point that's not good enough. In general it'd be good to offer more than one bean to choose from if you want to be a specialty place. Overall I wouldn't recommend."

"Lets talk about customer service first! If i enter a coffee shop and stand infront of the bar, i would expect from barista to atleast say hello, or can i help you!? All i got was nothing. She only read ticket orders, make coffee and do not care about her surrounding. After that i realized that i stand where they do not serve but put finish beverage! Ok i see where is the cash register i need to stand there (no problem) there was a small blonde ladie that was polite but did not know what process coffe and what variety of coffee is in the grinder (also no problem) i ask is it a self service? She said yes, but its not problem in self service it is in "BONTON" This is a hospilatily business, if i said hospitality that means every worker needs to understand that u live from guests and they need to learn how behave and to make a guest feel welcome. If im gona spend my money in return i do not expect gold or whatever... i expect alteast to feel welcome or to hear a word hello, can i help you, thank you or goodbye. Btw after they saw my story on Instagram they reposted it, and ask me how it was? After i wrote them that it was ok but u must work on customer service.... all i got back was deleted reshare and left on seen. Well done for social media person. With that kind of attitude u wont have any good feedbacks. Coffee was really good and this is the only reason i didnt left u with 1☆ review."

"Very cozy and welcoming coffee place. The bakery selection looks unique — we didn’t try it, but a croissant with cheesecake definitely surprised us! Having a decaf option is a big plus for me, and the cups are really nice too.
Staff was super friendly, thank you! ☕✨🙂"
