There are some halls that host exhibitions and you cannot enter but the main hall and corridors are free to visit.

"It’s free and beautiful but very small and not much to see. No ticket or booking required. Only the beautiful ceiling on the 3rd floor. Took me only 15 minutes to visit. If you don’t have time, you can just skip this one. You won’t miss much."
