"We were drawn in by the cozy terrace, but the experience was downhill from there. I ordered spaghetti carbonara, my husband had lasagna. Both dishes tasted like they came straight from a supermarket: cheap ingredients, no flavor, poorly presented. The lasagna wasn’t even properly heated. I asked for room temperature juice, was ignored, and got the most basic store-bought kind.
We’ve both worked in restaurants and never seen such careless food and service. Felt completely cheated. Won’t return and don’t recommend."
