"Great experience. Staff were very helpful (especially Erika and Gudrun) and the food and room was A1. I was in a very bad situation as my van died whilst relocating to Eastern Europe from UK. My insurance company didn't want to help so i had the unfortunate time of organising hotel and replacement van myself. I eventually turned up a the hotel at 01:00 and expected it to be closed and locked up but the Erika, the very kind receptionist left a key out and a note for me even though id not officially booked through a website, only a verbal communication over the phone. You really don't get that kind of service many places these days. The surrounding landscape is magnificent and I hope to one day return to Zeillern to explore."
