It is near Police Plaza Concord Shopping Mall. The environment is good with washroom facilities. The wind is soothing and scene is eye catching."

"This place has great importance due to its location and lack of such infrastructure in this part of the city but it's a shame that the structure has already started to decay due to lack of proper attention. They should renovate the stands ASAP. Some of the stairs have already been damaged. Serious accident may take place at any moment."
