But when I arrived at the theater with 22 children (schoolchildren) from Kobrin, it turned out there were no reservations! At the box office, we were told that our distributor, Ekaterina Aleksandrovna Pokrovskaya, was on sick leave and, therefore, hadn't left any reservation information! There were 15 minutes left before the performance. We were sent first to the administrator, then to someone else... And three minutes before the performance, they finally decided to let us in. The children were sitting in extra chairs wherever they could... I really enjoyed the performance itself, but I left feeling bad about the employee's negligent attitude towards her duties..."
