"The work of the one-stop shop in the railway district, located at 32 Lenin Avenue, is disgusting. You can sit in line for hours to submit documents. A strange system for making an appointment by phone! What is this, where is the information about this!? There is a terminal that issues a ticket indicating the queue. Why do specialists accept out of turn without tickets everyone who is more brazen in shoving their papers through the window. Those who came, took a ticket and sit for hours. Your employees create conflict situations with such actions. Why are only 2 of the 5 windows in the railway district working? People should not suffer because you do not have enough employees. This situation is not isolated, but systemic. Watching from the sidelines the work of the neighboring Central District, the queue always moves briskly. Management, take action."

"I've been on the housing waiting list since 2006. I went for a consultation during office hours about improving my housing conditions, and the head of the housing department rudely told me she wouldn't give me a consultation without documents in hand, telling me to call during office hours! I'd called before, and they told me they couldn't really explain anything over the phone and suggested I come in for an appointment! Ultimately, the head of the housing department listened to my questions with a disgruntled expression, to which I still hadn't received clear answers. Without listening to me completely, she simply got up and left! They couldn't explain why I was offered 15 square meters per person instead of the 20 square meters I was entitled to, didn't tell me anything about the benefits, and didn't offer an alternative! Their attitude toward people remains "high-quality"!"
