"We had a birthday party with 18 kids. We chose prison island and karaoke. Kids enjoyed the prison island.
When we booked in person, we were told we could bring our own food, however when we arrived at the place they immediately informed us that own food and drinks was forbiten. We had prepared sandwiches and other snacks for 18 children and instead of apologising for their mistake they insisted quite rudely that we had to take all this food back home. Rather unprofessional reaction.
Furthermore there was no air-conditioning in the karaoke room and as a result the temperature was exceedingly high for the children.
I am not going back to that place."
