"I went to the emergency department because I was feeling extremely unwell. At the reception desk, there was a young woman with long hair. When I politely asked about the expected waiting time, she rudely shouted at me and said, “Why did you come twice?” Her disrespectful tone and unprofessional behavior were completely unacceptable, especially at a time when I was vulnerable and in need of care. I believe the hospital should seriously address this issue to ensure that patients receive the compassion and support they deserve."

"Very rude nurses. They don’t know how to treat and comfort patients in emergency situation in emergency department.They also don’t know where the articles needed for the treatment. They even not advised us to what all medications need to be done after. So pathetic i won’t recommend this hospital. Please try to give some lessons to your nursing staffs how to communicate or behave properly to patients or bystanders."
