"Museum De Reede is a fantastic museum filled with a great range of drawings, etchings, lithographic prints, etc from a number of international artists. Munch's works are a fascination to see, I felt really grateful to be seeing his prints in Antwerp - a city with such a great historic and artistic past. Museum De Reede exhibited these works with respect and great thought was clearly put into their labels, which were incredibly well written with great vocabulary might I add! They also provide a magnifying glass for those small prints!"

"Discovered this place randomly actually. And it was fantastic, for such a small museum. Quite dense with many artpieces. Really made me appreciate the artists much more, showing a different type of art they produce than the ones I had been familiar with.
But beware, it is quite depressing 😂 it got me thinking quite a bit on their lives and the motives they were going for, especially Munch. But nevertheless, I would come back again 👍 A high highlight"

"Very nice drawings collection from 3 masters, then the expo on Ysbrant, so vibrant and poignant, highly recommended"
