I ate here with a group to celebrate a friend. We paid 65€ for a menu with one main dish, one dessert, 1-2 cup of wine/other drinks. We were seated outdoors and it was just simply amazing. We had a lovely view of the Meuse and Sambre 😍
The servers were attentive to our needs, explained the dishes and addressed questions. So they had quite a patience! 😅 Anyway the food took a bit of time but it's normal since we're a big group and they wanted to serve at one time.
The main dish was a piece of beef steak. It was delicious, flavorful and cooked rare, just how I like it. The dessert was supposed to be Wepion strawberries on strawberry sorbet with cream but, I found that it was too tart than what I know the fruit to be. It was just okay. I didn't get to take pictures of the food but they were served in beautiful plates and styles.
The red wine was okay and we had a berries cocktail which was refreshing with a hint of bitterness.
I'd possibly come back to try other local dishes!"
