What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Placencia Beach Belize is praised for its beautiful, warm waters and quiet, relaxing atmosphere, making it an excellent holiday spot. However, some visitors express disappointment with the presence of plastic waste, citing it as a significant issue affecting the natural beauty of the area.

"Very quiet place, with good beaches and an excellent sea for swimming."
Pastor Josué Oses Zamora
"It's full of plastic waste, I'm so disappointed. It's a real disaster. But if you've been to Belize City, you'll understand better. Everything flows into the sea there, sewage, and the whole city is littered with trash. Everything is dumped into the city's canals and then, off to the sea. I can't recommend Belize! For the outrageously high prices, it's unbelievable!"
