"At the cusp of the first hill up out of the center of town, the view of Santa Elena on the horizon and downtown San Ignacio littered with rooftops and terraces and many trees is spectacular. The walk from the downtown to the house of culture is short and safe it is in a residential neighborhood. There are several local art on display, a taxonomy display of some birds, music room and conference room. There was a receptionist and security guard present. when school let's out the area gets busy with traffic."
