"If you are looking for a budget stay in San Pedro this is a good option. My room was well cleaned when I arrived. AC worked well, I like a good firm bed and found it comfortable. As a tech person, I can attest that my WiFi was great. Staff was friendly and checked with me several times to be sure my needs were met, great location for downtown. As mentioned this is a budget option, this is on par with what I expect in foreign travel in this price range, it’s downtown, expect some noise, typically quiets down by bedtime. This is third world travel, there will be a bug or two, you might not get steamy hot showers, might need a paint job, but it Felt cozy safe and comfortable for my needs. Good food nearby. Beach nearby. No fancy beach chair outside your room? So what… Just walk 5 minutes, sneak into a fancy resort, save your money for cocktails and food. What more do you need?"

"I don't like giving places poor reviews, but I hope the owners read this and make some changes. The AC did not work in our room, there were cockroaches, very noise from kids running the halls, the room was poorly cleaned and really I could go on. I think you get the picture."

"DO NOT USE THIS HOTEL FOR ANY SERVICES! We hired a buggy from this hotel and a month later a transaction of 455 belize dollars has been taken from the card we paid with. After numerous phone calls with the hotel manager ( we think) he has admitted that there is a problem and he has done the refund. We waited 15 hours to see if the refund would come through, but nothing. After calling him again he said he was going to the bank to do a refund and took our WhatsApp number to send the receipt of refund.. nothing came through to our whatsapp, so called again 5 minutes later after he'd hung up the first time, told us he was at the bank, and hung up the phone again. He can't give us an explanation as to why the card was used, why they still have our card details, or who was on duty when the transaction went through. His story keeps changing, first he said he'd done the refund, then was at the bank doing it the next day. Beware of this company as they are fraudulent!"
