The food at AIT( ordnance Island) sucks. You can’t fathom how bad it is. I get hungry all the time because of the defac. They give us less food every time. Breakfast might be good but that’s it.
Ordnance Island DFAC was genuinely unsafe. In my AIT class we had like 4 people get sick from the shrimp jambalaya. Best bet was to get the cold cut sandwich and load up at the salad bar. On the flip side I was super trim when I got to my unit from skipping meals.
