Reviews Summary

Visitors praise the Jardín Botánico Martín Cárdenas for its free admission and peaceful atmosphere, offering a lovely escape into nature. While some signage could be improved, the garden's extensive collection of local and endangered species, particularly the impressive palm room, makes it a worthwhile visit for a relaxing stroll and appreciation of biodiversity. InstagramReddit

"The city of Cochabamba really does a great job in maintaining its parks and this botanical garden, a little tucked away from the center of the city, is no exception. Although it's set up like a botanical garden, a lot of the signage is faded or in disrepair so it feels like a park in a lot of ways. Some areas, the enclosed palm room in particular, appear to be more maintained than others. Judging by the size of the trees inside, it really is impressive how long this space has been preserved. It's hard to believe that it's free to enter a space as amazing as this one."
