"One block park with a small artificial lagoon. Entrance fee is very cheap. No businesses allowed inside, so bring your own snacks. Public bathroom, pay to use. Parking on the street. Separated playground areas for kids and toddlers. You can rent a tiny wheel duck shaped boat and pedal your way in the little lagoon with ducks, geese and fish. No fishing, tents or pets allowed.
Only downside is that it gets too crowded on weekends"
