You can walk to the corals when the tide is low (5km aprox)
There are small bars that rent a table with beach umbrella and chairs as long as you need only by consuming a 'petisco' (which is a kind of fast food).
There are also 'beach vendors' that provides ice creams, 'cocadas' (kind of sweet cookie made from coconut and condensed milk, excellent), coconut water... etc.
You'll also find kids selling their art, or at least expecting you to see how they create their art, they are awesome."
