"Vou relatar minha experiência, fui até a loja com verdadeira intenção de comprar, minha única dúvida era sobre comprar em Florianópolis ou no Rio Grande do Sul onde tenho casa também (no RS veículos 100% elétricos não pagam IPVA), fui atendida pelo vendedor Dailton, olhamos o carro, gostamos, fomos as negociações, conversa vai conversa vem, expliquei que ia pensar pois era mais certo que eu comprasse no Rio Gtande do Sul, foi quando o vendedor Dailton propôs, se eu conseguir um bônus do IPVA 2025 fechamos agora? Pensei, e concordei em fechar porque depois era só transferir o endereço de rodagem. No mesmo dia fiz um sinal para garantir a compra, não me entregaram a proposta para assinar, uma semana depois a notícia de que o carro já estava chegando, eu estava viajando na ocasião, ele começou a pressionar pra assinar a proposta, inclusive me fez assinar duas vezes, disse que eu tinha que assinar porque o meu carro podia ser passado para outra pessoa interessada, eu disse que já assinava porque estava ocupada e ele insistiu, pronto, dei uma olhada por cima nos valores assinei e enviei pra ele para não perder o carro.
Uns 4 dias depois chegou o dia de retirar o carro, o rapaz que me explicou o funcionamento do veículo foi muito atencioso, só ficou faltando configurar o aplicativo do carro.
Me entregaram a papelada pra assinar.
Primeiro, a vitrificação que também era pra ser feita no carro, não foi feita. Ficamos de marcar para fazer.
Segundo não tinha o papel do acordo do IPVA para assinar.
Pois bem, pegamos o veículo e fomos para casa. 5 minutos depois de sair da loja veio uma mensagem com o boleto do IPVA, na mesma hora mandei mensagem para o vendedor Dailton questionando, ele se fez de desentendido e disse que isso não era bônus, que inclusive constava na proposta que assinei, fui olhar a proposta e assinei mesmo naquele dia na pressão.
Enfim, to com o carro a uma semana eem vitrificação, não funciona o aplicativo, e vou ter que pagar o IPVA,
