"O Parque Ambiental Encontro dos Rios é dotado de uma infraestrutura razoável na minha opinião. Há inúmeros quiosques e lojas de artesanato no local, um restaurante Flutuante na margem do Rio Poty e a Estátua do Cabeça de Cuia (Lenda de Teresina) é imponente e chama a atenção. O parque possui posto de policiamento, sacolinhas Pet para apanhar os restos do seu animal de estimação e alguns brinquedos. No mais, é uma boa opção de lazer e turismo para o teresinense e o pessoal de fora."
