Onde você costuma comer quando vai ao centro de BH? Saí para fazer essa pergunta para algumas pessoas na rua, e dessa vez a resposta foi o restaurante Feijão no segundo andar Ed. Maletta! Pagamos R$20,00 no Self-service e a comida é bem gostosa e com sabor caseiro. 📍Av. Augusto de Lima, 233 - Centro, BH . . . 🎥 @derick_lemos #BH #belohorizonte #restaurante #almoço

Reviews Summary

Edifício Maletta is celebrated as an authentic slice of Belo Horizonte life, offering incredibly affordable food and a unique mix of shops. While some find its unpolished nature charming, others might prefer more modern amenities. It's a place that truly captures the city's soul.

"Do you wanna dig the local way? Then must go to Maleta Building. It comprises many different works within its walls. Go for lunch for the most affordable prices in the city - at the ground floor you find buffet lunch, with one meat option for only R$12.9, and very tasteful food. (Don’t know if these prices apply for dinner time).

You can also go just for a beer at the terrace on the first floor, it’s a good way to enjoy the city passing by underneath and/or hang out with friends.

There are a lot of second hand bookshops and a few brechos- stores selling clothes, vinil discs and a lot of different stuff."

"historical site, the building goes far beyond of its hundreds of offices and housing apartments. on the first floors one can find a mix of popular low cost restaurants, some hipster bars on the balcony, vegan food, used books and lp's shops, cafes, and a list of diverse commerce, not yet gentrified. it's really a place to start understanding the secrets of sweet belo horizonte!"
