Possui teto, piso, escadaria, acabamento em madeira no revestimento das paredes e sacada (varanda) originais da época dos primeiros moradores, o casal Maria Cecília Schlobach Valle e Clóvis Mascarenhas. A arquitetura tem estilo neoclássico com influência nas vilas italianas. No Forum funcionam oficinas artísticas, exposições, aulas de teatro e música. Dentro do casarão também funciona o Museu de Arte Popular com acervo de mais de três mil itens."
