What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Farol Santander is a highly recommended cultural hub in São Paulo, praised for its stunning city views and engaging art exhibitions. Visitors appreciate the blend of history, architecture, and modern art, with the unique Bar do Cofre being a notable highlight. Some find the enclosed observation deck challenging for photography and wish for more English translations on historical exhibits.
"Farol Santander was a great surprise on our trip. The viewpoints from the 26th floor were really nice. The art exhibits were well done and engaging. I wish there was more English on the history exhibits on the lower floors - speaking no Portuguese we waltzed right through them. Overall I highly recommend this very eclectic experience."

"I wouldn’t say this is a must-see in São Paulo unless you’re really out of things to do. The observation deck is on the 26th floor of the Farol Santander building, and while it offers a 360° view, it’s fully enclosed with glass panels, which makes taking good photos pretty tricky. We went around 4 PM, and the view just wasn’t that impressive — at that height, you don’t get a great cityscape or skyline feel. For a city this big, I expected something a bit more striking."
Andrew Goh
"A must-visit cultural hub in São Paulo’s historic center! This beautifully restored landmark blends art, history, and stunning city views from its observation deck. Exhibits are engaging, though some floors feel underutilized. The rooftop bar is perfect for sunset drinks. A bit pricey, but worth it for the experience. ⭐⭐⭐⭐✨"
