A Feira do Sol é uma das mais tradicionais de Goiânia, realizada todos os domingos na Praça do Sol, localizada no Setor Oeste da cidade. Sua origem remonta a 1º de abril de 1990, quando um grupo de pintores e artesãos decidiu expor suas criações ao ar livre, permitindo que a população acompanhasse a produção de peças artesanais e pinturas em tela. 
Com o passar do tempo, a feira expandiu-se, incorporando barracas que oferecem uma variedade de produtos, como alimentos, vestuário, bijuterias, antiguidades, flores e artesanato. Atualmente, a Feira do Sol é um ponto de encontro para moradores e turistas, movimentando o comércio local e proporcionando uma opção de lazer para famílias aos domingos. 
A Praça do Sol, onde a feira é realizada, é um dos principais cartões postais de Goiânia. Localizada no Setor Oeste, a praça foi revitalizada em 2016 para oferecer maior acessibilidade e inovação. Ela conta com áreas de lazer, playgrounds, equipamentos de ginástica, trajetos para caminhadas e corridas, além de trechos arborizados que proporcionam um ambiente agradável para os visitantes.
