"Efetuei a compra de um cabo da Mistertech USBC 1,5m, com 3 meses de garantia legal + 9 meses de garantia estendida na loja Iplace de Piracicaba. A compra foi efetuada no dia 29/03/2024, a pós aproximadamente 8 meses de uso o cabo começou a apresentar mal contato com a extremidade que conecta no USBC do carregador, gerando instabilidades no carregamento.
No mês de novembro o cabo foi levado até a loja Iplace de Piracicaba onde foi testado e não foi constatado defeito, o vendedor me direcionou a retornar a loja com o cabo + carregador. No mês seguinte retornei a loja com o carregador, cabo e um vídeo comprovando o defeito do mesmo, chegando até a loja o cabo não foi testado e o vendedor me direcionou a entrar em contato com a Mistertech para efetuar a troca do cabo, pois na loja eles não poderiam fazer. No mesmo dia entrei em contato com o suporte da Mistertech solicitando a troca do cabo.
Durante a semana de negociação o suporte não estava conseguindo abrir as imagens e vídeos que eu estava enviando, e solicitaram a estar retornando a loja onde comprei o cabo e lá eles iria efetuar o teste e caso comprovado, a troca do produto.
Retornando novamente a loja no dia 05/02/2025, com o e-mail novamente o vendedor não efetuou o teste e me direcionou a entrar em contato com o suporte da Iplace. Novamente entrei em contato com eles e me responderam que pelo produto não ser original Iplace, o meio de contato não era válido e solicitaram para que eu retornasse a loja. Retornando até a loja o vendedor e o gerente não puderam fazer nada, então recolheram meus dados e imagens dizendo que iriam enviar um e-mail para seus superiores.
Após nenhum retorno da loja entrei em contato com o 0800 da Iplace no dia 10/02/2024 e em contato com o atendente Andrey, me informou que a própria loja deveriam efetuar a troca e que o procedimento que realizaram foi incorreto.
Efetuei a compra do cabo confiando na Iplace e a Mistertech, onde os mesmos prometeram garantia de 3 meses de garantia legal + 9 meses de garantia estendida, e quando necessito da garantia recebo desculpas e uma loja “empurrando” para a outra e ninguém assume a responsabilidade e efetuar a troca de um cabo, mesmo retornando pela 4° vez na loja. Completamente insatisfeito com o suporte de ambas as partes."
