"Mais uma vez, uma visita ao mercado e, novamente, o mesmo descaso na seção de frios, especialmente nas carnes. O funcionário no balcão, vestindo roupa de "treinamento", manuseava as carnes com as mãos, sem qualquer cuidado com a higiene. Para piorar, usava aliança entre os dedos, sem o mínimo rigor sanitário.
As carnes estavam expostas umas sobre as outras, sem serem devidamente fechadas após o manuseio, e o balcão de vidro permanecia semiaberto. Questionei sobre a orientação do nutricionista, já que o armazenamento estava completamente errado. O funcionário não soube responder e, quando perguntei se a loja sequer contava com um nutricionista, ele apenas riu ironicamente.
Pelo visto, a gerência não se preocupa com o básico: higiene e segurança alimentar. Talvez seja hora de um alerta à vigilância sanitária para que essas más práticas sejam devidamente fiscalizadas. Afinal, descaso com a saúde do consumidor não pode ser tratado com tanta negligência."
