"A very nice place to check out some of the Brazilian regional stuff as well buying fresh produces. The municipal market also has some restaurants ( italian, pizza, mediterranean). The place is very clean and well kept"

"Very nice and clean market that is very different than traditional markets I have been to. Very friendly vendors as well. Unless you are eating, you probably won’t spend more than 30 minutes here but it is worth stopping by if you are in the area."
Keith Brown
"Great place for groceries, drinks, fruits, vegetables and great new restaurants! There are many options from ceviche, to pizza, to hamburgers, to local rice-and-beans-and-meat. Great place to buy draft beer, wines, nuts, cheese and so on. It has been remodeled recently. The surroundings have also had a wonderful improvement. A nice place to visit every day except Sundays. A sunny Saturday is a must!"
